These Terms govern your use of SleepHero. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to follow them.
1. Eligibility
SleepHero is designed for adults. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to agree to these Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens through it. Use an accurate email address so we can send account and safety notices.
3. Sleep and Wellness Information
SleepHero is a coaching, accountability, and entertainment experience. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Speak with a qualified professional for health concerns.
4. User Content
Display names, avatars, posts, comments, emoji reactions, and similar contributions are user content. Do not post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, deceptive, spammy, or otherwise objectionable content.
5. Reporting and Blocking
You can report feed posts and comments from the in-app overflow menu and block users from profiles or feed actions. We review content reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours, including feed mutes or account restrictions when needed.
6. Challenges and Rewards
Challenge results, XP, badges, streaks, and similar features are part of the SleepHero experience and may be changed, corrected, or removed if abuse, errors, or safety concerns are found.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of SleepHero is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including how sleep data, account data, retention, Health Connect, and account deletion are handled. Account deletion instructions are also available on the Account & Data Deletion page.
8. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit feed access, suspend features, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users, SleepHero, or the platform.
